Jagdish
Jagdish has been with Kaybee India from day ONE.
He is the oldest and, in so many ways, indispensable to the India team.
Jagdish cycles 25 kilometers every day to work and again when he returns home each evening.
Yet, at the office where he is on his feet the entire day, I have rarely seen him sitting down.
He does everything from keeping the desks clean, clearing the bins every day, keeping the pantry sparkling – and happily takes on any odd job entrusted to him.
He also makes the best ” kadak chai” that you can get in the NCR (National Capital Region)!
While most people would complain about being constantly at the call of others for the most menial jobs, he does everything with a constant quiet smile.
What I’ve learnt from Jagdish:
- Bring dignity to how you approach work
- Be grateful for the opportunity life gives you.
- Find joy in giving people simple pleasures.
